Beginner Heels - 6 Week Intensive
This is a Beginner-Level Program and is ideal for dancers who are new to heels or looking to build a stronger foundation in their technique. No prior heels experience is required. Best for dancers who want to improve their confidence, coordination, performance quality, and understanding of heels fundamentals in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Weekly you can expect:
- 6 x 2hr classes
- Heels foundations & technique drills
- Balance, coordination, strength & alignment training
- Flexibility, lines & movement quality exercises
- Musicality, performance & confidence-building activities
- Floorwork foundations, hair whips & transitions
- Choreography application & retention training
- Personalized feedback and encouragement
- A welcoming, beginner-friendly environment with community support

Beginner/Intermediate Contemporary
This is a Beginner/Intermediate-Level Contemporary Pop-Up Class and is ideal for dancers who are looking to explore contemporary movement, deepen their artistry, and connect with movement in a new way. No prior contemporary training is required, though some dance experience is recommended. Best for dancers who want to improve their movement quality, musicality, emotional expression, versatility, and overall performance skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.
In this class you can expect:
- A 2-hour contemporary training experience
- Contemporary technique and movement exploration
- Musicality and artistic expression exercises
- Floor work and movement quality development
- Improvisation and creative exploration
- Choreography application

We start with a mental health check in, mindfulness meditation, warm-up and conditioning, and then choreography, performance training, technique training, or whatever you would like to work on
Afterwards, the both of us come up with a plan on how you will move forward with your training after the private
Suggestions and feedback based on the session are provided with an open dialogue afterwards about the process
COST: $150 for 90mins session
