👠 Intermediate Heels - 4 Week Intensive 👠

This is an Intermediate-Level Program & is ideal for dancers with 2+ years of heels and general dance experience. Best for dancers who want to refine their technique, performance, and confidence. Weekly you can expect:

- 4 x 2hr classes
- Heels drills & choreography application
- Mindfulness for dancers + intention setting exercises 
- Weekly personalized feedback & at home training/cross training recommendations 
- A welcoming & safe environment with community support 

Dates: Saturdays May 30th - June 20th, 2026

Time: 6-8pm 

Location: St Clair Dance Collective (579 St Clair Ave West - 2nd floor)

  • Once you have purchased the class a return/refund will not be possible. Classes are non-transferrable & credits will not be given. Personalized 1:1 dance sessions built around your wants and needs, with Steph Brinning. Email directly

    • We start with a mental health check in, mindfulness meditation, warm-up and conditioning, and then choreography, performance training, technique training, or whatever you would like to work on

    • Afterwards, the both of us come up with a plan on how you will move forward with your training after the private

    • Suggestions and feedback based on the session are provided with an open dialogue afterwards about the process


    COST: $150 for 90mins session
    (Studio fee included)
