A heels progressive for dancers who wish to take their already existing heels technique to the next level. Best for dancers who have at least 1-2 years of heels training or are at a strong beginner/intermediate level.
Starting from the basics of beginner level heels technique (bevels, walks, weight transfer, balance, etc.) and moving toward an intermediate level pace of learning. Focusing on mirroring technique with performance and intention.
Each week you are physically and mentally supported by Steph Margaret's instruction and have the assistance of SHE the company members. By week 6 you should have a solid understanding of what is required of an intermediate heels dancer.
